First 30 were at 210 watts then did 2 x 20 min at 97% of FTP. The goal was 250 watts or better, 5 minutes off then hit it again.

Right on the money! 
Ran 2 miles at 8 min per mile and actually felt great running. Hot but much better than the simulation Thursday.
